Åsa Silfverberg is a business consultant, facilitator and learning designer, based in Sweden working globally, with business development programs for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups alike.
As a consultant, her focus is on organizational change nurturing a collaborative culture that fuels innovation.
She is working with the international consultancy Zone. Before joining Zone, Åsa was the Head of Design & Development and a senior facilitator at the world renowned school Hyper Island, focusing on business development through digital innovation and capacity building.
She has also been a Manager at Vodafone Sweden and Agency Director at the top Swedish Design firm Doberman.
Åsa studied Educational Psychology and Ethnology at the University of Lund, Sweden. She is trained in UGL, Understanding Group and Leader - Leadership and Group dynamics, by the Swedish National Defense College and was one of the first to be certified in the English UGL version.
The last six years she has facilitated a Leadership program for young leaders in the MENA region, in collaboration with the Swedish Institute, supported by Swedish Foreign Ministry.
Åsa has a firm belief in people´s ability to develop and inspires people to take responsibility for their own capacity building.
