Malin has worked over 12 years with process management and leadership, both in Sweden and internationally.
She has worked in both private and voluntary sectors, as well as public administration. The larger clients have been UNICEF, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Commission.
Volunteering
Malin Tappert has also worked voluntarily as a coach for youth at Fryshuset in Stockholm.
Passionate about human development
Malin says "My passion is to see people develop and be true to themselves and their surroundings."
Power and inspiration from nature
In her spare time Malin is enjoying hiking or being at the sea. Something that also provides much energy as well as calmness is yoga and dancing. Sometimes, as a participant, sometimes as an instructor.
"In dance as in the rest of my professional life my beacon is an acceptance of each other's differences and to see each individual's unique potential," says Malin.
