We have had the privilege of helping many organizations with their UGL trainings through the years
Now that we are going international sometimes we are asked by people why we have had som many satisfied UGL participants through the years in Sweden. Our answer tends to be the same, we believe it stems from two different mixes.
First the facilitators we are using for the trainings and their mix of competence, human warmth and courage. Second the mix of participants in the UGL trainings with their different ages, sexes, professional life, backgrounds and more.
