Cancellation Terms

This course has the following cancellation terms and you accept them by submitting your signup:

You have the right to replace the training place with another employee. If you cannot provide a replacement, the following cancellation rules apply. If you cancel later than 4 weeks before the start of the course, 75% of the full fee will be charged. If you cancel later than 2 weeks before the start of the course, the full fee will be charged. In the event of illness, the regular cancellation rules apply unless you present a medical certificate.
