Patricia has previously held various management positions within the police. She has also worked as a business developer and trainer and has been self-employed.
During her time in the police, she participated in a two-year management training course and also worked internationally for several years.

In addition to Jenny being a trained and licensed trainer for UGL, Understanding Group and Leader, Patricia is also certified in SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory), Utvecklande Ledarskap (UL) and Leanspel.

Patricia has given training courses for, among others, the Military Academy in Halmstad.
Her own education at university and college level includes areas such as leadership, organizational theory, labor law and civil law.
